Welcome to IndLite Fresh Foods! These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website www.indlite.in , mobile app, and all associated services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using any part of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

  1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services or place orders. By using our Services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

  1. User Account

To place an order or subscribe to our services, you may be required to create an account.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.
  • You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information.
  • You agree not to use another person’s account or share your login credentials.
  1. Ordering & Payment
  • Orders can be placed via our website, app, phone, or in person.
  • All prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes unless mentioned otherwise.
  • We accept multiple modes of payment, including online payment gateways, UPI, and cash on delivery (where available).
  • Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled beyond a certain preparation time window.
  1. Delivery & Pickup
  • We aim to deliver within the estimated time, but delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or operational issues.
  • For self-pickup, you must collect your order within the communicated time slot.
  • If you’re unavailable to receive the order, re-delivery may not be guaranteed, and charges may apply.
  1. Subscriptions & Meal Plans
  • Subscriptions (weekly/monthly) are prepaid and non-refundable once the first meal is delivered.
  • However, customers may pause their subscription with 24 hours’ advance notice through email or the app (subject to limits).
  • Subscription benefits and pricing are subject to change with prior notice.
  1. Cancellations & Refunds
  • Orders cancelled within the preparation time may be eligible for a refund.
  • Refunds, if any, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
  • In case of incorrect or incomplete orders, please contact our support team within 2 hours of delivery.
  1. Use of Website & Content
  • All content, images, logos, and material on the site are the property of IndLite Fresh Foods.
  • You agree not to copy, reproduce, or use the content for commercial purposes without permission.
